When a water damage event strikes your home or business on the weekend, you can't wait until regular business hours to begin mitigation. Most insurance companies require insureds to take reasonable mitigation measures to defend against secondary damages, like mold and mildew growth. At SERVPRO of Greater Covington and Mandeville, we always have a team of highly trained and certified water damage restoration technicians on call to respond to emergency situations. Our promise as the local owned and operated trusted restoration vendor is to respond to an emergency as quickly and efficiently as possible. No matter the time of day, one of our team members will respond to an emergency call within the hour.

This picture was taken at a local senior living facility. On Saturday, their general manager contacted our on-call water damage restoration project manager because they noticed water leaking from the ceiling. Our crew was then dispatched to inspect the issue and begin the restoration process. Upon arrival, our project manager noticed the leak was coming from their sprinkler system. That problem was addressed, and our water restoration technicians began extracting all loose water. Then, our technicians strategically placed drying equipment to restore wet materials back to normal. The drying process was complete in just a matter of days.

Most water damage events are caused by accidents like this one. Knowing a reputable restoration vendor who will respond quickly is key to minimizing interruption. Our team can be reached any time or day by dialing 985-871-5375.
